Nazca Italia brings together different skills and perspectives to shape energy initiatives that are attentive to their local context. The team works from cities across Italy, primarily online, using shared tools and coordinated workflows that also support asynchronous collaboration. This way of working allows us to act as one team, wherever its members are based.

Nazca brings together technical, management and permitting expertise developed through energy project work. The team is led by Quirino Quaglieri and Gianni Pizzati, whose professional paths are different and complementary.
Long-standing entrepreneurial and management experience in renewable energy combines with more than thirty years of work across the environment, ecology and health, environmental policy, and land assessment and restoration. Together, these experiences shape a practical approach that pays attention to the places where each initiative takes form.
